R703.14.3

Section 703.14.3 is titled 'Flame spread index' and covers requirements for exterior wall coverings. The requirement for a specific test report to accompany the flame spread index certification done in accordance with one of two standards is established. The purpose of this section is to assure consistent and comparable test results in accordance with the standard.
