R608.3.2

Section R608.3.2 is titled 'Waffle-grid wall systems' and covers requirements for wall construction. The requirement for exterior concrete walls constructed using a waffle-grid wall system to comply with a table and figure in this code, and for the cores to be a minimum nominal thickness is established. The purpose of this section is to prevent structural failure.
