Section R306.3 is titled 'Sewage disposal' and covers the requirements for connecting plumbing fixtures to a system which removes waste and sewage. Requirement for connecting plumbing fixtures to a sanitary sewer or a private sewage disposal system is established. The purpose of this section is to prevent the spread of disease. Portable systems which rely on manual pumping services are not allowed for permanent design.
