Section N1103.10.1 is titled 'Heaters' and covers requirements for energy efficiency of pools and permanent spas. Requirements for a heater control and control location, disallowance for the heater control to affect the thermostat settings, clarification that such control is in addition to overcurrent protection for the circuit, and disallowance for continuous gas pilots is established.
