Chapter 7 Overview

Chapter 7 is titled 'Sanitary Drainage' and covers the transfer of used water from an end-user access point to a public sewer or private sewage disposal system. The purpose of this chapter is to prevent spread of disease, explosions, fire, damage and premature degradation of plumbing system components, and contamination of the ground and waterways, as well as to provide requirements for an efficacious and efficient system.
