Chapter 32 Overview

Chapter 32 is titled 'Encroachments Into The Public Right-Of-Way' and covers elements of buildings which extend beyond the property line into public property. The purpose of this chapter is to specify types of projections which are allowed and to set limitations on them.

The model shows an awning which is required to be a minimum height above the public right-of-way.
